Welcome to SafeStaff Solutions’s Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”). These conditions govern the use of the services provided by SafeStaff Solutions. We urge that you read these terms thoroughly before using our services.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The following terms shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural. The use of the term “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to SafeStaff Solutions.

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:”Client” refers to the individual or entity that uses our Service.”Proposal” refers to the estimated cost, timeline, and other details provided to the Client by SafeStaff Solutions. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By accepting the Proposal, making the payment of the initiation fee, or using the Service, the Client agrees to and accepts SafeStaff Solutions’s policies, terms, and conditions. The acknowledgment can be oral, via email, or signature on a quote.

Quotation and Changes

SafeStaff Solutions’s policies, terms, and conditions are based on the knowledge of the Client’s needs and the timeline proposed. It is essential to note that any changes to the specifications or requirements, including micro-improvements, may result in additional expenses. Clear Guidelines and Complete Information The Client must ensure that all requirements and prerequisites have been included in the Proposal, and SafeStaff Solutions fully comprehends them. Therefore, the Client must provide precise and clear guidelines and any necessary information at the outset. If such specifications are not provided promptly, SafeStaff Solutions will provide quotes based on its knowledge of the specifications. Any ambiguity or disparity may result in additional costs. Therefore, the Client must explain every element of their webpage development and ensure they have received accurate quotes.

Additional Fees and Rework

Any nuance associated with specific tasks must be articulated and incorporated into the Proposal to monitor the amount judicially. SafeStaff Solutions acts in good faith and relies on the Client to provide comprehensive information at the time of the quotation. The Company will not be held liable for any discrepancies caused by blurred requirements. Therefore, the Client must explain all aspects of their project to avoid confusion.Each project has a fixed number of hours, and minor changes can only be made within the timeframe provided. Any significant changes or rework on an already completed task will require additional fees.

Additional Work and Disruptions

If any changes are needed during or after Go-Live approval, it will accrue additional costs. All additional work will be charged separately. SafeStaff Solutions will not be held liable for any disruptions resulting from modifying the proposed project.If any unforeseen disruptions occur at the Client’s end, it may cause the proposed project to be delayed, and additional costs may be incurred.

Refund and Bugs

SafeStaff Solutions does not offer refunds or credit, except at the Company’s absolute discretion or as required by applicable laws.Any programming errors disclosed during or immediately after development do not invite additional charges.

Testing and Compatibility

SafeStaff Solutions tests its web pages on PCs using the most recent versions of the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. If any Client needs to test on another browser, they must inform the Company in advance.iPhones and iPads are used to check and test the responsive compatibility of web pages. If any Client wants to test on another device, they must inform the Company in advance.Network Issues and Hold up
If the webpage is not held on a synapse server, any extra hours required due to network issues are not covered in the quotes and will be charged separately.Any disruption lasting over two months may cause $99/week in admin costs. It could also increase previously approved estimates. In such cases, the Client must put the project on hold and inform the team beforehand; otherwise, it will not be catered to by the team.

Codes and Intellectual Property

SafeStaff Solutions’s software codes (excluding open-source software) are protected by copyright laws. Once all previous receipts have been settled and established, the codes can be decided to hand over at an extra cost for use. The codes are modified for re-use for the customer. The codes will not be permitted to be resold or duplicated under any circumstances. SafeStaff Solutions owns the copyrights to all codes written for any respective client. A license is granted for the Client’s exclusive use of any made-to-order software. This license is granted as part of the hosting fee. It cannot be transmitted to any outer host, and no connectivity to the software codes is permitted.

Performance and Maintenance

The website/application is crafted carefully using commercial-grade internet, and it may not perform well if implemented on an office network based on website traffic. SafeStaff Solutions makes every effort to determine the appropriateness of any third-party elements. Any unexpected constraints of third-party elements are beyond our control. Purchase costs for SSL, Payment Gateway, Google AdWords, Plug-in licenses, and so on are not included in our estimates.It is the Client’s responsibility to maintain any third-party software like WordPress, Open-Source Carts, Joomla, etc. To avoid disruptions, we recommend that the Client perform regular backups.Changes in the third-party provider’s rules and strategies may directly or indirectly affect our services.

Delays

Sometimes, delays due to various reasons can be unavoidable. If we make reasonable efforts to stay on track with the proposed schedule, the Client may not penalize us for any delays.Domain registration, renewal, and other related charges are not included in our project or proposal unless specified. If a Client pays for such items, we will provide a separate estimate and have the Client’s approval.Hosting fees aren’t included in the quotation. If necessary, SafeStaff Solutions can organize an appropriate hosting solution, for which a quote will be forwarded individually and approved by the Client. When Clients decide to manage their web host, we should be contacted before finalizing the type of web host and data system that must meet the specifications of the development technology. SafeStaff Solutions will need full access to the server and hosting support to test and organize the application. SafeStaff Solutions will not be held responsible for any disruptions or errors caused by the hosting company’s direct or indirect actions.

Testing the Webpage

SafeStaff Solutions typically tests internet sites on servers or domains hosted by us. TPR cannot grant any third party to connect directly to their test server and websites. The webpage can be transferred to a designated third-party server after payment in full of all invoices and dues.

Intellectual Property

Upon payment in full of any outstanding invoices, SafeStaff Solutions will grant an unconditional permit to the client to reproduce, publish, engage, utilize, vary, or otherwise deal with the visual effects, writings, and photos used on the publishing webpage and associated form and functionality. It excludes intellectual property related to the creation of the website, such as internet advertising, active development, database structures, scripts, forms, or capabilities.

Communication

Email is used for all correspondence. Therefore, the Client must keep the Company updated on their current email addresses.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may not use the Service.
