This Refund Policy relates to the fees charged by SafeStaff Solutions for its services.

Refund Conditions

SafeStaff Solutions offers refunds under the following circumstances:

1. If Our Service is Unavailable or RejectedIn the event that SafeStaff Solutions cannot provide service due to unforeseeable circumstances, we will return the entire payment to the client.

2. If Cancellation is RequestedIf the client chooses to cancel the service at any time before starting the project, they shall receive a 100% refund.

3. Partial Refunds

SafeStaff Solutions may offer partial refunds under the following circumstances:

– If, during the project, the client decides to change all or some of the specifications previously agreed upon, resulting in a price reduction.
– If the project cannot be completed within the stipulated timeline, and SafeStaff Solutions is unable to provide any reasonable solution to the client.

No refunds shall be given under the following circumstances:

– If the client has already paid for the service, but the problem is due to their web host, server, or other connected third party, which is beyond our control.
– If the client demands excessive and unreasonable modifications that are not agreed upon.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the client must contact SafeStaff Solutions immediately. Refund Process

SafeStaff Solutions will process a refund within the following timeline:

– If the payment is made using a credit card or online payment system, the refund shall be credited to the client account within seven (7) working days.
– If the client chooses to close the project abruptly after the initiation, 30% of the project cost will be retained as the service fee.
