Job Description:
We are hiring Lumpers for a full-time, temp-to-perm position in Carteret, NJ. This role involves loading, unloading, and moving freight in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks efficiently
• Move and stack products as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Work in a team to meet daily productivity goals

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
