Common Questions
When do my rewards become available?
Rewards appear as "pending" (grey) right after booking. They turn green and become usable once your service is marked as completed by our team.
Can I stack my rewards?
Yes. Rewards accumulate with no expiration. Save $5 from multiple bookings and use them all at once for a larger discount on a future service.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You must be a registered Safe Property Management member to earn and redeem rewards. Guest bookings do not qualify. Registration is free and takes 30 seconds.
How do I use rewards at checkout?
When booking while logged in, you'll see a "Use Rewards" option near the total. Click it to apply your available balance and reduce your amount due.
Is there a limit?
No limit. Every completed service earns $5 and every $500 milestone earns an extra $10. The more you use Safe Property Management, the more you save.
